Amor Fati is Latin and translates to "Love Your Fate". This is a stoic concept that reminds us to be grateful for what we have and to always look for the silver lining within any situation or circumstance we find ourselves in. Amor Fati also reminds us that despite the best laid intentions, life often has other plans for us, and it is up to us to learn how to go with that flow and make the best of our lives.
My creations are hand drawn. I use primarily black ink, alcohol markers, colored pencils and graphite. My inspiration comes from the letting-go of internal and external expectations and the flow state of just being in the present moment; that place where time ceases to exist and we are free from all that defines us.
Creativity has always been a part of my life. We are all connected. Connection and connectivity are themes present throughout most of my visual art. I believe connection is at the heart of creation. I hope my designs inspire you to look inward, listen deeply and move forward with an inner knowing that all is well, and that you are loved, unique and divine.
